International Shipping
We ship Dr. Ph. Martin's brand liquid color products to just about every country on Earth. We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. We can also ship via a carrier of your choice by making the product available at our dock for your carrier to pick up.
However, please note that some countries are easier to ship to than others. Whenever our products are shipped outside of the United States, they require a customs declaration and must be imported into your country based on your country’s rules and regulations at that time. We try to make this as easy as possible by using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and DAP (Delivered at Place) solutions when possible, so that customs declarations, duties, and taxes are all taken care of automatically in the background. If you live in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, or within the European Union, then chances are the delivery process will be seamless. For most other countries, it is also a relatively simple process.
However, some countries have more complicated processing or importation rules that require you to handle customs declarations or hire a customs broker on your end. In many cases, there is a "personal import exception" or some variation thereof, but it is not always something we can use on your behalf. If you live in Russia, Mexico, or within the South American continent, we highly recommend that you are familiar with navigating the import process before purchasing. If you are not familiar with the importation of goods in your country, you may be surprised at the cost of import duties you must pay to your government, or your parcel may become stranded and undeliverable. In some cases, it may be easier to use an established forwarding service that is familiar with the process.
All Dr. Ph. Martin's products are made in the USA. The only commodity we ship is non-hazardous liquid watercolor. If you have questions about how you can import our products into your country, we recommend that you provide the following commodity descriptions to your customs broker or forwarding service so they can better advise on how they may assist with the import process:
